Akitá Labs is a small studio in Puerto Rico. We invent characters and worlds, then build the software, media, and quietly clever automations that make them real — and useful to the people who hire us.

What we are
Part studio, part lab — a place where an idea gets a face, a voice, and a way to earn its keep.
Most teams either tell a good story or ship working software. We sit in the overlap. A character is where the work starts: it gives a product a personality, a tone, and a reason to exist before a single screen is designed.
From there it's craft. We design the interface, produce the media, wire up the automations, and hand you something you can put in front of real people on Monday — not a deck about it.

Curious and direct, with a sprout for a crown. Akito greets you, learns what you need, and points the way through the lab.
The maker
ALE
Reads patterns and shapes them into stories. Her left eye switches to lens mode when it's time to look closer. Content and campaigns live with her.
The builder
Zerk
Jacket on, arms crossed, lightning at the ready. Zerk is the one who actually wires things up and keeps them running.
The scout
Hermes-S
A pocket-sized courier with winged fins. He carries messages, tools, and data where they need to go — fast, but never careless.

The story

Akitá started in Puerto Rico with a simple idea: technology should feel like someone, not something. More than a decade of building for clients turned into a studio where story, code, and craft live under one roof — and where the work stays close to the people it's for.
